The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the company's global strategy is effectively executed in the US market and is aligned with business objectives and operational goals. The Commercial Project Manager will play a key role in planning and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive commercial execution and ensure successful project implementation. The Commercial Project Manager will directly manage the marketing and event teams' performance and activities. This position requires a balance of vision and tactical execution, with a focus on driving operational excellence, market penetration, and customer engagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- US Strategy Execution: Collaborate with US stakeholders to ensure the strategic Commercial Plan aligns with US business objectives and market opportunities and effectively translate that strategy into local actions and campaigns. Under minimal supervision, responsibilities include planning, scheduling, organizing and directing projects in support of Commercial Excellence.
- Marketing Leadership: Lead and manage the marketing departments, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Promote a culture of agility, dedication, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, market share, and product adoption in the airway supplies sector.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Clinical Education, Product Management, and the Director of Commercial Development and Marketing to ensure alignment across teams in delivering products that directly support commercial needs in the US Organization.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives. Use data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing/events team budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support marketing initiatives while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Quality and Regulatory Affairs partners both Globally and in the US to ensure adherence to relevant requirements. Ensure that all commercial initiative activities, collateral and marketing campaigns comply with relevant medical device regulations, healthcare advertising standards, and internal policies.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages up to 3 supervisors within the Marketing and Events department(s) to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or healthcare related field required
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or commercial excellence roles within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
- Strong background in executing global and local marketing strategies, ideally within the airway management or respiratory care space.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment and industry standards related to medical device marketing.
- Must be available for routine travel to US Headquarters in New Berlin, WI
