Pay: $18 - $20/hour Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am to 3:30pm Job Title: Fabricator Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with various materials to fabricate, assemble, and finish products according to specifications. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in manufacturing or metalworking. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Operate basic fabrication machinery such as saws, drills and grinders. Cut, shape, and assemble materials (metal) to create products. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of hand tools and machines. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
