Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $20.00-$30.00 (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: North Branch, MN Benefits (Available from Day One) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Paid Time Off / Sick Leave Holiday Pay Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and Pulse welding on large hoppers and tanks using jigs and fixtures Set up and operate Miller Axcess 40v wire feeder and Miller Axcess 300 pulse welder Ensure all welds are leak-proof and meet quality standards Self-inspect work and follow documented manufacturing procedures Support cross-functional tasks and maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications 2-3 years of MIG and/or Pulse welding experience preferred Skilled in MIG, Pulse, and some TIG welding techniques Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols Must provide own tools (list available upon request) Proven reliability, strong teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Drug screen and background check- not required About Express Employment - Forest Lake, MN Since 2018, Express Employment Professionals in Forest Lake has partnered with over 300 businesses across the region to match top talent with rewarding job opportunities.
