Shop Foreman**
**Job Description**
The Shop Foreman will lead and manage a team of technicians, overseeing the scheduling and execution of projects to repair stamping press equipment, CNC equipment, and plastic injection machines. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in stamping presses, with a thorough understanding of clutches, gears, motors, and hydraulics. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and coach the team through various equipment repairs and to occasionally communicate with clients if needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage a team of technicians within the shop.
+ Schedule and oversee repair projects for stamping press equipment, CNC equipment, and plastic injection machines.
+ Act as a subject matter expert in stamping presses and related equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and coach technicians through equipment repairs.
+ Maintain computer records and documentation using Microsoft Office.
+ Occasionally communicate with clients to provide updates and information.
**Essential Skills**
+ Expertise in stamping press equipment.
+ Experience in machine repair.
+ Proven management experience or leadership skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Journeyman Card (preferred).

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
