Structures Mechanic**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Structures Mechanic to perform C Checks on multiple incoming KC-135 aircraft, based on the Boeing 707 platform. You will be responsible for modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting all aircraft structures, both primary and secondary. This role is critical in supporting avionics duties by completing structure modifications before interior modifications can be initiated.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate test equipment and tooling used in the repair of aircraft structures.
+ Interpret technical manuals and engineering data to support tasks.
+ Complete assigned tasks within allocated man-hour budgets and schedules while maintaining quality standards.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory regulations and requirements.
+ Present yourself professionally in daily interactions with customers, guests, and co-workers.
+ Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual.
+ Perform at maximum efficiency through effective use of available resources.
+ Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms as outlined in the RSM/QCM.
+ Support the Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSM/QCM.
+ Collaborate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget work scope objectives.
+ Provide services and deliverables that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
+ Maintain good housekeeping practices using the 5S system: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain.
+ Focus on human factors in the workplace and strive for zero defects in workmanship and safety.
+ Observe and administer company rules, regulations, safety policy, and standard operating procedures.
+ Support the corporate mission and vision through achieving departmental goals and objectives.
**Essential Skills**
+ A&P certification.
+ Heavy structural modification and/or C Check experience.
+ **Experience with KC-135 aircraft is a must.**
+ 3+ years of experience preferred.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience working on VIP owned planes preferred.
+ Must have toolbox shadowed and sign a tool inventory sheet.
+ Facial hair should not extend beyond the chin, and long hair must be hidden if it extends past the shoulders.
+ Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift roles.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
