Description
PCI is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for its Spokane 554 operations based in Spokane, WA. This individual will provide project management support to commercial projects within the following scopes: Interior systems, specialty walls and acoustical ceilings, and scaffolding. They will also be responsible for the following duties:
Perform labor tracking and reporting and tracking on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance with company provided software.
Prepare RFI's and submittals.
Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders.
Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen.
Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation.
Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program.
Salary range: $78,000-$88,716 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
This position is safety-sensitive.
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in construction management is required.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Science or related discipline, or comparable work experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught.
Customer service skills, such as able to work with customers and build strong relationships.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask.
Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.
Works well under pressure and deadline
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with basic construction assemblies and industry standards.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, BlueBeam Revu, ProCore, and Scheduling Software
OSHA Certification
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
