Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Clearwater, FL. This position focuses on sheet metal installation and requires candidates who can work independently without constant supervision.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Working with various duct types and fittings

• Following layout drawings and mechanical blueprints

• Ensuring quality, safety, and code compliance

• Entering time accurately and on schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC sheet metal experience

• Must be able to work independently without needing constant direction

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Strong work ethic, accountability, and reliability

• Punctual with time tracking and communication
