POSITION TITLE : Business Development and Delivery Manager HOURS / WEEK: 40 JOB SITE LOCATION: 350 River Ridge Rd., Elgin Illinois 60123 DUTIES : Xeikon seeks a Business Development and Delivery Manager based out of our office at 350 River Ridge Rd. , Elgin Illinois 60123 . This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. This position requires domestic travel, as needed, up to 90%. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive profitable growth. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion. Develop and implement business plans aligned with organizational goals. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction. Oversee the end-to-end project management process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Prepare and present compelling business proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates. Collaborate with the project team to ensure proposals align with project delivery capabilities and client expectations. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, service, and project teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Provide leadership and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Analyze business development and project delivery performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Technical Sales, Engineering, or related field and Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related. Employer will also accept alternative requirements of no degree and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related job. Experience must include: Experience in sales tracking processes, including Salesforce, Qlik Sense, and SAP; Experience in end-to-end (E2E) printing production, production floor management, and label printing processes; Experience working with industrial print finishing equipment; Experience with digital print operations.
