What You'll Do

As a Foreman, you'll be the on-site leader managing residential kitchen and bath remodels from start to finish. You'll coordinate daily operations, guide crews, communicate with clients, and ensure projects are completed on time and up to standard.

Responsibilities Include:

Leading and managing a small team of skilled tradespeople

Reading blueprints and project plans

Ensuring job site safety, cleanliness, and efficiency

Communicating clearly with homeowners and team members

Solving issues on the fly and keeping projects on track

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in residential remodeling (kitchen and bath preferred)

Proven leadership or foreman-level experience

Ability to manage time, budgets, and subcontractors effectively

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and finishes

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
