Responsibilities Assist with preconstruction budgeting & estimating Help initiate project systems, develop scopes of work and bid packages, and support subcontractor and supplier engagement Support project management by proactively managing budgets, tracking expenses, processing billings, and identifying scope gaps to keep projects on time and within budget. Understand contract documents & scopes of work for each trade Formalize & maintain project schedules based on PM's baseline Assist in procurement of permits, materials, etc. to accommodate schedule. Process submittals & RFIs Own the submittal process, manage documentation, conduct quality checks, track changes, and facilitate smooth project close-out. Utilize project management software Attend project meetings and engage with Owner's and Designers to fulfill contract obligations Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while representing our values and exceeding expectations. Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction in either the office or field. Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
