Press Brake Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate a press brake machine to support production needs, ensuring high-quality product output. The role requires proficiency in reading blueprints, using various hand tools, and setting up jobs according to work instructions. Basic math and measuring skills are essential to complete tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Operate the Press Brake machine to support manufacturing and production needs. Ensure the quality of products off the line is maintained at an expert level. Read and interpret blueprints and use a variety of hand tools. Set up jobs and read work instructions to ensure the machine is set up correctly. Apply basic math and measuring skills to complete jobs for the team. Essential Skills Experience in press brake operation and blueprint reading. Proficiency in production and machine operation. Ability to work with sheet metal and punch press. Skill in using hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in inspection processes. Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, Massachusetts. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
