Project Manager (Environmental Remediation Projects) - Piscataway, NJ: Provide technical direction and oversight as well as mentoring and training junior-level staff members for site investigation and environmental remediation projects. Manage all phases of environmental remediation projects (from initial to close-out). Proactively identify opportunities to increase project efficiencies, improve technical methodologies and add value to client service offering. Make sound, well-informed and objective decisions with a strong understanding of the impact and implication of decisions. Prepare and finalize proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders. Perform non-routine and complex assignments involving responsibilities for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a large and more diverse project. Apply intensive/diversified knowledge of engineering/scientific principles/practices in broad areas of assignment and related fields. Perform risk management and communicate the companys findings to policymakers.Must have Master of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Technology and Sustainability. Must have two (2) years relevant experience in environmental remediation projects/activities analyzing and developing Site Specific Health and Safety Plan, Quality-Assurance Project Plan (QAPP), Remedial Action Progress (RAP), Site Investigation (SI), Underground Storage Tank (UST) Closure, and Remedial Investigation (RI), Remedial Action (RA) reports based on laboratory data and findings; and utilizing AutoCAD and ArcGIS software to map and analyze the data. Must have HAZWOPER 40 HR Certification. 40 hours per week. M-F, 9am-5pm, Salary $77,106.00 - $84,123.00/year. Travel required (regional) 50% of time, as needed.
