Role Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead the technical execution of complex, multi-year global enterprise programs. This individual will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of the programs execution, including platform setup, workstream coordination, integrated planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The role requires strong program management expertise, technical proficiency, and experience in global collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of a global data platform program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business outcomes.
Workstream Integration: Develop and maintain integrated program plans that encompass all workstreams, including platform engineering, data product development, governance, operations, and change management.
Milestone Management: Define, track, and manage critical path milestones; ensure timely delivery across all technical and business domains.
Platform Delivery Oversight: Oversee the technical implementation of the data platform (e.g., cloud-native, lakehouse architecture, real-time pipelines, metadata and lineage layers).
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; manage mitigations and escalate appropriately to leadership and executive sponsors.
Governance & Reporting: Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committees, and maintain a regular cadence of status updates. Deliver accurate and actionable reporting.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with global and regional business units, data and tech teams, compliance/legal, and external partners. Facilitate alignment and resolve conflicts.
Tooling & Automation: Drive the adoption of modern program management tools to ensure visibility, traceability, and efficient delivery.
Change Enablement: Collaborate with change and comms teams to ensure successful user adoption, stakeholder readiness, and global rollout planning.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of program or portfolio management experience, including at least 5 years in technical or data-driven programs.
Proven experience managing enterprise-level programs with significant global scope and multi-functional workstreams.
Strong technical understanding of modern data platforms (e.g., SAP, MES, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure/AWS data stack, Kafka, etc.).
Expertise in building and managing integrated master plans, RAID logs, dependency maps, and governance forums.
Demonstrated experience with agile-at-scale or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and executive engagement skills.
Bachelors degree in Project Management / Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred).
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Preferred Experience: Experience working in the manufacturing industry Familiarity with data governance, data privacy, and regulatory data management requirements. Hands-on experience with program management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Planview, Confluence, Power BI, etc.).

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $162,400 - $243,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
