A well-established Southeast-based design-build general contractor is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. Specializing in high-quality industrial, manufacturing, and commercial facilities, this company is known for delivering excellence in mission-critical projects across a range of sectors.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing industrial and commercial construction projects

• Assist in maintaining construction schedules and tracking budgets

• Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation

• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals to ensure smooth field operations

• Support job site visits and meetings, and help maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure adherence to project scopes, contract documents, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or assistant project management

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

• Experience working on industrial, manufacturing, or commercial projects a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

• Eagerness to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
