We are currently hiring Overhire Carpenters to provide temporary production support in our Lincolnwood, Illinois shop.

This position has the potential to transition to full-time employment based on performance and project needs.

This is an on-site position Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

What Were Looking For:

Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to fast-paced, custom fabrication projects

3-5 years of hands-on carpentry experience

Confident, safe operation of table saws, miter saws, sanders, routers, pneumatic nailers, and staplers

Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail

Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious

Though we do high caliber work and often work under tight deadlines, nothing we do should risk your health and safety. We have strong safety policies to help us all go home to our families, friends, and communities.

Safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, 65 pounds occasionally, and 100 pounds with assistance.
Wear protective footwear at all times.
Provide personal hand tools, cordless power tools, layout tools, and appropriate tool storage.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Relevant degree/diploma, professional certification, or equivalent work experience/demonstrated skills.
Broad knowledge of modern fabrication methods and technologies.
Ability to communicate proficiently and proactively with all personnel.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
