Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description
As an Architectural Project Manager, you will manage multiple small to medium-sized projects through all phases of design and construction. You will coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, estimate the scope of work, and prepare strategic plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution. You will serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring the program, schedule, budget, and scope of work meet client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead team communications and coordinate collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Estimate fees, determine the scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
- Provide project team assignments, oversee, and monitor work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility.
- Keep the principal architect informed of project progress.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Expertise in construction documentation and architecture project management.
- Experience in construction administration.
- Registered architect status.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in all phases of design and construction.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning ordinances, and other regulations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00/hr.
