Architectural Designer
Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to guide the design process from project pursuit to completion. The ideal candidate will assist with proposals, project interviews, and team creation for project pursuits, contributing to impactful public and non-profit projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the full scope of design from project pursuit.
  • Assist with creating proposals and participating in project interviews.
  • Formulate and collaborate with teams for project pursuits.
  • Utilize Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite/365, including Excel.
  • Occasionally travel along the west coast, typically once per month.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in Revit, construction administration, and project management.
  • Experience with construction documents and construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/365.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in architecture is required.
  • Licensure is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Sketchup and Deltek Vision is preferred but not required.
Work Environment

The work schedule is Tuesday to Thursday in-office, with remote work on Monday and Friday. The office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The firm emphasizes a strong culture with opportunities for staff to move between studios to work on different project types. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
