Maintenance Supervisor

36 years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing production machinery, with a majority of work focused on preventive maintenance
Hands-on responsibility for maintaining all production and facility support equipment, including electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience with basic electronics; no PLC programming required
Ability to troubleshoot and correct issues involving controls, electrical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic components, and basic instrumentation
Familiarity with pumps, motors, displays, and power distribution systems
Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics with minimal supervision
Knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical principles and OSHA safety standards
Proficient in using electrical diagnostic tools such as amp meters, ohm meters, and multimeters
Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; CMMS experience preferred
Experience in metal fabrication is a plus
Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry preferred
Spanish language skills are a plus
