Carpenter Helper**
**Job Description**
Join our team specializing in custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, and decorative finishes. We work on high-end and large-scale projects, offering a dynamic and creative environment. You will be part of the custom area, assembling die walls, countertops, and reception desks, while making trim with various wood types.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble die walls, countertops, and reception desks.
+ Craft trim with various wood types.
+ Utilize table saws, shop saws, joiners, drum sanders, and beam saws.
+ Interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
+ Execute custom millwork construction and joinery techniques.
+ Work with materials such as plastic laminate, wood lumber & veneers, and solid surface materials.
+ Fabricate custom builds including countertops, reception desks, and feature walls.
+ Perform solid surface work, including sanding, polishing, and using pneumatic seamers.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Background in carpentry, woodworking, and home-building.
+ Familiarity with custom millwork construction methodology.
+ Knowledge of solid surface materials and fabrication techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant as a custom wood/millwork fabricator.
+ Proficient in reading blueprints and shop drawings.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
