Role Overview:** We are looking for a talented individual to join our design center in Beaverton, Oregon. You will design innovative CMOS, BiCMOS, and HBT Analog/Mixed Signal ASICs for our next-generation products. Collaborate with a team of exceptional engineers and managers to develop industry-leading solutions using world-class design tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design building blocks of next-generation ASICs using advanced ASIC tools.
+ Run simulations to optimize design performance and manufacturability.
+ Perform signal analysis on systems outside the ASIC.
+ Characterize designs or create characterization plans.
+ Work with product line architects to analyze power, cost, and performance trade-offs at the system level.
**Qualifications:**
+ MSEE/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
+ 10 years of experience in designing analog and/or mixed-signal integrated circuits (e.g., amplifiers, PLLs, ADCs, DACs).
+ Proficiency with modern ASIC design tools.
+ Ability to perform analog and RF analysis without relying solely on simulators.
+ Strong verbal communication skills and ability to generate quality documentation.
+ Experience in layout for critical cells and characterizing designs in the lab.
+ Prior experience working effectively with remote teams.
+ A drive for continuous learning and improvement and staying updated with process technology.
+ Some domestic travel may be required.

The salary range for this position in local currency is 79300.00 - 147300.00
