Fabricator Job Description We are seeking a skilled fabricator to join our team, responsible for assembling and fabricating metal and hydraulic lines within a manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on assembly experience with both hand and power tools. Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate metal components and hydraulic lines according to specifications. Interpret and work from blueprints and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly. Utilize hand and power tools efficiently for fabrication tasks. Engage in mechanical assembly using crimpers and other production tools. Essential Skills 1-2 years of hands-on assembly experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams. Basic math skills and ability to read measurements. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in fabrication or assembly. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Work Environment This role is based in a small manufacturing plant in Glen Burnie, accommodating 20-30 employees. You will work the first shift from 8am to 4:30pm, within a collaborative and dynamic workspace. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Maryland. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
