About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design and development of a wide range of projects. From power and process facilities to airports, healthcare, and government infrastructure, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative, world-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design civil components from concept through construction for diverse projects.
  • Modify and review production drawings using CAD and other design software.
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet design requirements, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and specifications.
  • Assist in client presentations, shop drawing reviews, and contract administration.
  • Perform field inspections, measurements, and calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Support senior engineers by updating and verifying design corrections.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and 3+ years of experience, or
    • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering Technology with FE certification and 3+ years of experience, or
    • Master's in Civil Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Consulting experience in civil engineering projects.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and other civil design tools.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Certifications:
    • EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification preferred.
