Job Description:As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and replacing wood and composite decks, siding (vinyl, wood, fiber cement, etc.), and exterior/interior doors. Youll work independently and as part of a team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality repairs at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect and assess damage to decks, siding, and doors
* Perform skilled carpentry tasks including framing, installing, and finishing
* Repair or replace structural and cosmetic components as needed
* Follow work orders/specifications
* Ensure safety and code compliance at all job sites
* Maintain clean and organized work areas
* Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements:
* Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on exterior repairs
* Proficiency in using hand and power tools
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
