Experienced Scaffold Lead Builder $19$25/hr Local Only

Bay Staffing is actively seeking experienced Scaffold Lead Builders for a full-time project.

As a Scaffold Lead Builder, you will be leading the crew in laying out, erecting, dismantling, and modifying scaffolds. This is a physically demanding, "on tools" position with year-round outdoor work. Candidates must have strong experience with pin-lock scaffolding, tube & clamp systems, and carpentry.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a scaffold builder or carpenter.

Ability to safely erect, dismantle, and modify scaffold structures per project scope.

Comfortable climbing and working at heights following OSHA and site safety procedures.

Able to carry scaffold components and lead the team safely.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.

Experience building ground-based and hanging scaffolds with pin-lock and tube & clamp systems.

Ability to create material pick lists and coordinate materials.

Measuring, cutting, and installing plywood and wood framing as needed.

Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.

U.S. citizenship and clear background check required.

Local candidates only (no per diem).

Job Details:

Pay range: $19 $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Full-time, hourly position.

Some projects may require overtime or weekend work.

Must be able to access federal jobsites for future projects.
