About the Job:
Were hiring a licensed journeyman electrician whos ready to do real, hands-on work in both residential electrical and modern backup power systems. Youll work directly with the owner (a longtime tradesmannot a sales guy), and help wire smart, resilient homes in the Truckee Meadows and beyond.
Projects range from:
New service upgrades & home wiring
Off-grid and grid-tied solar with battery storage
Whole-home battery retrofits
Generator integration with ATS and transfer switching
Diagnosing and fixing service issues the right way

You Are:
A Nevada journeyman electrician (or eligible for reciprocal)
Professional, punctual, and mechanically sharp
Comfortable working solo or with a small crew
Curious about emerging energy tech (and okay getting a little dirty off-grid)
Able to think on your feet and take pride in clean, code-compliant work
