Maintenance/Handyman Needed Lone Mountain Mobile Home Ranch

Lone Mountain Mobile Home Ranch is looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker / Handyman to help service and maintain our beautiful mobile home park in the Summerlin area.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker/Handyman to service our well-maintained mobile home park. Were looking for someone who is a self-starter, takes pride in high-quality work, and can complete repairs and improvements with minimal supervision. This position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professionalism when interacting with tenants and staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General cleaning and upkeep of the property per property managers direction
Plumbing: Unclogging drains and toilets, flush valve repairs, garbage disposal replacements, sprinkler system repairs
General repairs: Drywall patching, siding/skirting fixes, chain-link fence repairs
Door lock and hardware replacements
Electrical: Lightbulb replacement and minor electrical fixes
Painting and cosmetic maintenance
Skirting and minor structural repair work
Other duties as needed

Requirements:
Must have own tools
Must have a reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and efficiently
High level of workmanship and attention to detail
Professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with tenants
