Position Summary
The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from design through close-outmanaging budgets, timelines, subcontractors, logistics, and client relations. This role focuses on siding, decks, windows, and light commercial/multifamily builds, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead pre-construction scope, budgets, and scheduling.

Coordinate subcontractors and supervise field operations.

Ensure procurement, delivery, and installation of siding, windows, decking materials.

Maintain comprehensive project schedules and weekly look-ahead plans.

Monitor budgets and financial performance, including change orders.

Manage QA/QC inspections and ensure compliance with codes and safety protocols.

Serve as primary client liaisonhandling communications, site visits, and issue resolution.

Oversee project close-out: punch lists, documentation, warranties.

Qualifications
5+ years experience managing construction projects (siding, decking, windows, light commercial or multifamily).

Proficient in PM software.

Strong budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and client-service orientation.

OSHA certification or familiarity with safety regulations a plus.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
