We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion
Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and schedules
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site staff, and construction teams
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and prepare project status reports
Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures
Resolve issues and delays quickly to keep projects on track
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in [commercial/residential/infrastructure]
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
Ability to travel to job sites as required
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
