Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of commercial roofing systems including flat roofs, metal roofs, and low-slope roofs.
• Conduct inspections to assess roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work safely and efficiently at heights while adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines and quality standards.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively to perform roofing tasks accurately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial roofing is required.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
