Some things you can expect to do:

  • Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.

  • Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.

  • Engagement in the project preconstruction process including developing bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.

  • Proved leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.

  • Travel as needed for projects.

  • Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.

  • Lead Construction progress meetings.

  • Oversee design development.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in project management with contract values from $10-$100M+

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • You must have knowledge of Microsoft Project and Proliance.

  • Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing and design management is required.

  • You must be able and willing to travel for projects.

  • Can make effective and convincing formal sales presentations.

  • Delegate appropriate type and amount of work to others in order to leverage personal effectiveness.

  • Effectively prioritize and balance big picture & immediate responsibilities.

  • Have Design Build experience in the industrial construction sector.

Eligibility:

  • Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

The salary range is $135,700 - $169,600. The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
