Immediate Hiring For General Laborer - Airway Heights, WA | Day & Swing Shifts Available Job Type: Immediate Hire Location: Airway Heights, WA Shifts Available: Day Shift:4:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Mon-Thurs) Swing Shift:3:00 PM - 1:30 AM (Mon-Thurs) Position Overview: Aerotek is hiring motivated General Laborers to support operations in a busy steel fabrication facility. Ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and working in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Lift and handle steel plates (up to 75 lbs) Read and follow blueprints for layout and assembly Operate shop tools (grinders, tape measures, mag drills) Prepare materials for welding (cleaning, rust removal) Track parts using internal software Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided) Organize and transport materials within the facility Qualifications: Experience with forklifts or overhead cranes Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) Fabrication, grinding, or assembly experience is a plus Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Why Work With Us?
