Construction Project Manager

NHV Painters is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee daily operations on painting projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, experienced painter who is eager to take the next step into a leadership and management role.

Were looking for someone who is bilingual (Spanish & English), comfortable with technology, and motivated to lead teams in the field while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily painting operations on-site
- Communicate clearly with crew members and clients in both English and Spanish
- Utilize technology (iPad/tablet) for scheduling, reporting, and communication
- Ensure safety, quality, and deadlines are consistently met
- Serve as a liaison between crews and clients to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Valid drivers license (required)
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Comfortable using modern technology (iPads, mobile apps, etc.)
- Painting experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $52,000 - $90,000 per year
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Pay Schedule: Weekly
