Production Worker $18/hour in Nashville, Tennessee. + OT.**
**Job Description:**
+ Assist fabricators and welders with the preparation and assembly of mechanical components.
+ Operate basic hand and power tools to support cutting, grinding, and material handling.
+ Load and unload materials, stage parts for production, and organize inventory.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
+ Support the movement and positioning of heavy components using forklifts, hoists, or cranes (training provided if needed).
+ Perform general maintenance and cleanup duties as assigned by shop supervisors.
**Essential Skills:**
+ General labor skills in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
+ Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
+ Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork mentality.
+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
+ Prior experience in a fabrication or construction environment is a plus but not required.
**Requirements & Shift:**
+ The role requires steel-toed shoes and involves working on the piping and plumbing side.
+ The shift is from 6 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a lunch break at 12:30 PM.
+ The environment is fast-paced and focused on safety and collaboration.
