Custom Truck Welder and Assembler**

**Job Description**

Join a dynamic team dedicated to the crafting and assembly of custom trucks, including dump trucks, booms, and utility/lift trucks. This role offers a balanced mix of MIG and flux core welding, with opportunities for training and skill development.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG and flux core welding on custom trucks.

+ Complete mechanical assemblies when welding tasks are not required.

+ Utilize power and hand tools effectively.

+ Interpret and work from blueprints.

+ Ensure precision in fabrication and production tasks.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in MIG welding with a minimum of 3 years' experience.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints with at least 3 years' experience.

+ Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with flux core welding is a plus.

+ Knowledge of mechanical assembly and fabrication.

+ Technical school education in welding.

**Work Environment**

Work in a brand-new, clean, and well-lit production facility. Enjoy the convenience of tools provided for production assembly tasks. The position operates on a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union Grove, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
