HVAC Construction Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Construction Project Manager position include: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC controls, electrical, or mechanical construction project management Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, CAD, and basic accounting systems; knowledge of Jonas Construction is a plus Lead preconstruction activities including estimating, subcontractor coordination, and design team collaboration Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution through Procore with a focus on quality and profitability Manage teams of technicians and subcontractors, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline Analyze cost options, perform value engineering, and develop viable construction solutions during preconstruction Foster relationships with stakeholders while promoting safety, quality, and operational excellence across project phases Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Construction Project Manager position include:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred

Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC controls, electrical, or mechanical construction project management

Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, CAD, and basic accounting systems; knowledge of Jonas Construction is a plus
