Looking for handyman in Pittsburgh, PA (Pittsburgh) Total Property Preservations LLC compensation: negotiable employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Handyman We are looking to hire a reliable and skilled handyman based in or around Pittsburgh, PA for ongoing property preservation work. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible hours and consistent assignments. Great opportunity for someone with general maintenance skills and access to basic tools and transportation. Job Responsibilities: Tasks may include (but are not limited to): Lawn care (grass cutting, edging, weed and shrub removal, tree trimming) Property winterization (draining lines, applying antifreeze, shutting off systems) Lock changes and securing vacant properties Debris removal and basic maid services Drywall removal, ceiling and attic repairs Minor carpentry, patching, and general handyman tasks Interior/exterior photo documentation of completed work (using app or phone) Requirements: Prior experience in general maintenance or handyman work Must have your own tools, lawn equipment, and reliable transportation Smartphone with camera and ability to take clear before/after photos Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions Must be able to complete jobs on time and communicate promptly Location: Properties are located throughout Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas Mileage compensation possible for certain jobs Pay: Per job, based on scope of work.
