Ready to build lasting relationships and bring projects to life? LandMarc Construction is seeking an energetic, hands-on Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you'll combine sales, project management, and field expertise to deliver exceptional service in the process and bulk material handling industries.

What You'll Do:

* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

* Identify and pursue new business through networking and cold calling

* Measure job sites accurately and design project solutions

* Operate equipment safely and efficiently

* Oversee small repairs and renovations within a one-hour radius

* Prepare and submit quotes and formal bids

* Manage repair crews and 1-2 small accounts

* Collaborate with the office team to meet project goals

* Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and follow-through

What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years of experience or education in agricultural construction or business preferred

* Sales experience a plus

* CDL license preferred

* Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of equipment and repairs

* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Ability to work at heights up to 100 feet and lift up to 15 pounds

* Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
