Trillium Construction is seeking a Construction Project Engineer for a direct-hire or contract to hire opportunity with a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) across the United States.

Job Responsibilities:

-Work independently and collaboratively on project planning, management, and monitoring

-Define project goals and present results

-Assist in creating project schedules and tracking deliverables

-Monitor and analyze project costs and propose cost-saving measures

-Support change management processes including change order tracking

-Update and develop project schedules, notify stakeholders of risks or delays

-Assist with project budgeting and forecasting

-Participate in design phase meetings and drawing reviews

-Manage scope of delivery and coordinate purchasing, production, and logistics

-Oversee material logistics and delivery lists

-Negotiate with customers and manage project contacts

-Support construction phases and personnel planning

-Oversee technical aspects and serve as liaison between design and construction

-Provide onsite technical support and resolve issues

-Ensure accurate documentation and manage project profitability

-Maintain project records including RFIs, RFQs, change orders, and progress documentation

-Process contractor registrations and permits

-Support and enforce strong safety culture and documentation

-Collaborate on project closeout process

Compensation & Benefits:

-$75,000-$85,000 DOE

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

-1-2+ years of related construction management experience

-Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 75%)

-Strong communication, negotiation, and technical skills

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction software (Procore, MS Project)

-Valid driver's license

-OSHA 30 preferred
