The Project Manager l is responsible for managing defined scopes of work across multiple departments and supporting the successful execution of customer-facing and internal deliverables. Operating with moderate autonomy, this role coordinates project timelines, resources, and documentation in alignment with company standards and PMBOK principles. The PM l ensures schedule adherence, supports risk identification and mitigation efforts, and acts as a central point of communication between functional teams. This role is ideal for a professional with foundational project management experience who is ready to lead moderately complex projects while developing the leadership and coordination skills needed for higher levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and manage project schedules, task plans, and milestone deliverables using appropriate tracking tools.

+ Facilitate regular internal and external meetings and provide clear, timely project status updates.

+ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Managers, and Field Services to ensure project scope, delivery, and communication remain aligned.

+ Ensure documentation is maintained according to company standards, including change orders, action logs, meeting minutes, and customer records.

+ Identify resource constraints, risks, and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies.

+ Monitor and manage SoW creation, distribution, and milestone planning to meet project timelines.

+ Track and maintain accountability of project progress across enterprise systems such as EP, SharePoint, and Excel.

+ Analyze project delays, customer inquiries, and modification requests; propose practical resolutions that align with organizational goals.

+ Build technical understanding of Nomads product portfolio and support customer satisfaction through project execution.

Basic Knowledge Desired:

+ Strong familiarity with project management software such as MS Project and / or other tracking

+ Knowledge and understanding of project management requirements such as scheduling, financial analysis (direct & indirect labor, overhead, direct materials, expenses, ), resource allocation, and time management.

+ Intermediate understanding of project management best practices

Physical Demands:

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and arms to handle, feel, reach, or operate objects, tools, or controls.

+ The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and is occasionally required to sit.

+ The employee must frequently lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Anything heavier than 50 pounds will require two people to lift / carry.

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish individual colors

Working Environment:

+ Fast-paced environment, open-concept office area, interacts regularly with

+ The work environment is a partially environmentally controlled indoor Depending upon the time of year, temperatures can fluctuate between 60F and 100F but is typically around 70F. There are times when working outside will be required.

+ The employee may be subjected to noise levels, ranging from low volume to loud and will be required to wear provided safety hearing devices from time to time, which will be provided.

+ The employee will be exposed to a variety of household/commercial chemicals that will require the employee to follow company rules/regulations outlined by that SDS.

+ All Team Members must wear provided OSHA approved eye protection at all times in manufacturing areas. The employee will be required to wear provided safety eyewear throughout the performance of their duties.

+ This position requires working off company premises due to traveling for clients & other business needs; travel requirement at least 20%.

Qualifications & Experience:

+ BA / BS degree in Business, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field strongly desired.

+ CAPM certification preferred

+ 2-5 years of direct work in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

+ An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in the description may be substituted for the above requirements.

+ Valid drivers license in good
