Integrated Construction Coordinator I - Civil 3D SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Integrated Construction Coordinator I with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Integrated Construction Coordinator will review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants. This position is Minnesota based. This is not a remote position. MUST MOVE TO MIINNESOTA. RESPONSIBILITIES Planning, implementing, and coordinating Virtual Design and Construction processes through appropriate technology platforms Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D to design optimized road and site grading models, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading groups, etc. Working with survey data; communicating with project field teams through Trimble Business Center software to deliver designs to survey equipment. Including, but not limited to Mortenson BIM/VDC uses: existing conditions modeling, cost estimation, phase planning (4D), site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization, 3D coordination, site utilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication, 3D control planning, and record modeling Provide point of contact for team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction Document work process as it relates to improving and/or changing current company process standards As an integrated construction team member, you should be an active participant in Mortenson's Integrated Delivery Advancement Team community of practice - Knowledge sharing You may need to complete daily work planning QUALIFICATIONS Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and/or ArcGIS software backgrounds are preferred 1-3 years related experience Survey data knowledge and/or experience is preferred GIS data management is a plus Completion of beginner or intermediate level of BIM/VDC software training Displaying attention to detail to organize and run multiple project tasks Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices Demonstrate ability to work in Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level Exhibit a positive professional attitude, and strong customer service skills Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies effectively Current driver's license A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week) Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage Dental plan 401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match Paid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves Employer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance No-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resources Tuition reimbursement Adoption Assistance Gym Membership Discount Program **The base pay range for this role is $74,800 - $93,500. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. #LI-GB1 Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
