Construction Laborer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Construction Stick Welder who understands that this role involves more than just welding. As a Construction Laborer, you will be involved in various tasks including putting bolts in holes and potentially learning how to rig equipment on a crane. The role requires working around rigging and handling steel/precast steel materials using portable welding machines. Responsibilities Perform stick welding using 70x18 welding rods. Engage in general construction labor tasks. Assist in rigging operations for cranes. Handle steel and precast steel materials. Load and unload trucks. Work with metal building projects. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience in construction or welding. Proficiency in stick welding. Experience with metal building construction. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with rebar is a plus. Familiarity with specialized construction tools. Why Work Here?
