General Laborer Job Description We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for lifting, stacking, and moving product, as well as performing general labor duties such as sweeping and cleaning in an outdoor environment. Responsibilities Lift, stack, and move cement blocks. Perform general labor duties including sweeping and cleaning. Load products and move materials efficiently. Essential Skills Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Experience in general labor and production tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must pass a DT/BG check. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: steel toe boots only. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position requires working outdoors in an extremely hot environment typical of an outdoor plant. Employees must wear steel toe boots, jeans, and a sleeved shirt during shifts. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, first shift, from 6 AM to 5 PM for $18. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kissimmee, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
