• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates

• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Help assess risks and build winning bid strategies

• 1+ years of experience estimating construction projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar is a plus

• Strong computer skills and comfort with estimating software

• Effective communicator with a client-first mindset
