Location: all over Chicago and suburbs
Must speak English

Compensation:
Pay Based on Experience
Competitive and negotiable depending on skills and qualifications

Handyman Responsibilities:
General repairs and maintenance
Light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Use of power tools and hand tools safely

Painter Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior painting
Surface prep including patching, sanding, priming
Attention to detail and clean, professional finishes
Ability to work independently or with a team

Requirements (Both Roles):
Proven experience in related field preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
Good communication and customer service skills
