While this project is based in Sheboygan Falls, future project
assignments will be located in the greater Milwaukee area. Key
Responsibilities: Manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders,
change orders, and financials while ensuring compliance. Prepare,
distribute, and track RFI\'s. Work with Superintendents to create and
update detailed project schedules. Ensure jobsite safety compliance and
quality control while supporting on-site teams. Assist with bid
preparation, cost estimating, and constructability reviews. Support
subcontractor negotiations, change order processes, and financial
tracking. Independently accomplish all close out activities. Mentor
others, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively with
stakeholders. Qualifications: Excellent written, verbal, and nonverbal
communication skills. Meticulous organizational skills . Team player
that encourages collaboration. Strong mathematical aptitude. Strong
analytical, problem-solving and mediation skills. Education &
Experience: Bachelor\'s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Architecture, Finance or related field (equivalent experience in lieu of
degree will be considered). At least 3 years of project management
