Power Systems is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Customer Success
Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of multi-level associates responsible
for order entry, shipment planning and execution, billing, and post-sale
support. This is a critical leadership role that ensures operational
excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the
sales administration function. Key Responsibilities \* Supervise and
mentor a team of Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior Sales Coordinators and
Analysts. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and
continuous learning. \* Ensure accurate and timely processing of
customer orders, from entry through shipment execution, in alignment
with service level agreements and customer expectations. \* Oversee
billing accuracy, invoice processing, and resolution of post-sale issues
to maintain a seamless customer experience. \* Track and improve key
metrics such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, billing compliance,
and customer response times. \* Standardize workflows, documentation,
and reporting tools. Drive automation and efficiency improvements using
platforms like SAP, Power BI, and Smartsheet. \* Partner with Sales,
Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering to resolve issues, align
