in the early stages of our projects-guiding owners, architects, and
internal teams from concept to construction. Whether leading a hard bid

strong foundation. Key Responsibilities: Review specifications and bid
documents in detail. Coordinate outreach to subcontractors and manage
all bid-day activities. Lead quantity take-offs, pricing strategies, and
internal review meetings. Evaluate bid results and oversee a seamless
turnover to project management. Develop and manage preconstruction
schedules with clear, measurable milestones. Evaluate document
completeness, address constructability concerns, and drive value
engineering efforts. Leverage historical data to validate and refine
budgets and estimates. Research and recommend new materials, systems,
and construction methods. Mentor and support Project Engineers in their
growth and development. Foster strong relationships with owners,
architects, and internal teams. Qualifications: Strong verbal, written,
and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized with the
ability to manage multiple priorities. Team player who brings
collaboration and creative problem-solving to every interaction.
Technically adept with experience using OnCenter, Destini, MS Project,
and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to
manage detailed cost models and estimates. Education & Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or
related field. Minimum of 5 years\' experience in project management,
field engineering, or estimating. Solid understanding of preconstruction
principles, processes, and collaborative project delivery methods. Perks
