Lead Carpenter / Handyman Wanted

un LEAD CARPENTER / HANDYMAN WANTED (Des Moines) compensation: $50K - $75K per year Looking for a lead carpenter to renovate properties and trim out new construction houses Would be responsible for renovating houses from start to finish, from trash removal/demo to final trim/clean up. So MUST be well versed in ALL areas of renovations!! Must be able/willing to do demo and trash removal as well as be skilled enough to hang kitchen cabinets, interior doors and trim out baseboards and windows. Also must know how to lay LVP flooring quite well. On new construction houses you would be responsible for trimming out the house, installing the LVP and final punch list items. Would be mainly working by yourself on each project with daily visits from the project manager to check on progress. MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!!
