Scraper Operator - WEEKLY PAY - Up to $28-30/Hour + $830 Weekly Per Diem Location: Omaha, NE (Travel Required) Pay: $25-$30/hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM We are seeking a dependable and experienced Scraper Operator to join our heavy equipment team. This role is critical in preparing job sites for final grading by operating CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers and Quadtrac Scrapers to cut to grade and level terrain efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment, specifically CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers and Quadtrac Scrapers . Perform cut-to-grade operations and ensure terrain is evenly leveled. Conduct daily equipment inspections (pre- and post-operation). Promptly report any mechanical issues or safety concerns. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to site conduct standards. Communicate clearly with team members and maintain situational awareness for safety. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience operating scrapers on commercial job sites. Proficient in handling CAT Challenger and Quadtrac scraper equipment. Experience in civil construction, grading, and earthwork preferred.
