Drywall Finisher - Modular Construction Location: Albertville, MN Pay: $25-$30/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Optional OT Fridays) About the Opportunity: Join a cutting-edge team specializing in the manufacturing of pre-fabricated modular homes for multi-family, living, and hospitality developments. Work in a brand-new, climate-controlled 180,000 sq. ft. facility no site-to-site travel required. What You'll Do: Tape, mud, sand, and spray texture on drywall Apply and blend custom hand textures Perform patch and repair work during the build process Read blueprints and follow finishing specs Collaborate with team members and lead when needed What We're Looking For: 5+ years of drywall/taping experience in residential or commercial new builds Strong knowledge of drywall finishing techniques and tools Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Team player with leadership potential and strong communication skills Why Join Us?
